EXCUSE ME! I AM NOT PROUD, I AM ASHAMED OF OUR NATION
Definition of India has changed now. Gone are the days when we used to feel proud on our nation, our rich culture and humble hearts. Daily throbbing incidents happening in and around our surroundings demolishing our faith in our own nation. Insecurities are on rise. Nobody is safe at any place. The nation known for its diversity has now become a place of adversity. The places like schools, temples, mosques, courts and police stations have become the favorite destinations for criminal minded to commit most heinous acts. Either an infant or a kid or a young and old woman, no soft corner for anyone. In fact, all are the major sources to quench lust for pedophiles and rapists who are mushrooming every nook and corner of our beloved country. No help, no ray of hope from anywhere. Governments are busy blowing their own trumpet and applauding on their achievements. Media busy arranging argument sessions of political parties on any sensitive issues and serving to us by adding spices as they feel tasteless (real news) news cannot bring TRP to their channels. Writing tweets and showing that you care and you really feel hurt, sorry to say, cannot bring solutions to these ever-growing sufferings. Being a girl, I feel, India is not a place for females. They are the most ill-treated human beings on this portion of earth which we call ‘Dharti Maa’.
