Emotions in you signify real you. Extreme anger, tears, and deep silence are the symbols that indicate you are not fine from within. When your attitude is rigid and your mind is full of negative thoughts, you react very differently. Perhaps, your mind is preoccupied with some conceptions or misconceptions which decide your behavior in a particular situation. Its influence on your mind is so deep that you are not in a condition to analyze any situation and react accordingly. Weather some things or suggestions are for your welfare, you always find one or the other negative point in it.
It is dangerous. You are not realizing but it is damaging you from inside. It is killing the real human being in you. If you do not stop it right away then soon it will convert in a habit which you would try hard but would not be able to change. Now the question is what one should do while going through such a situation. The first and foremost thing is to prepare yourself to come out of this phase of your life. Assure yourself that you have to get rid of these negative emotions and you have to become a happy person again.
To achieve the following state of mind, you have to do minor changes in you:
Be Calm instead of Angry
Show Bright Eyes instead of Tears;
Be Expressive/ Responsive instead of Silent
However, one easy step is to never miss the opportunity to laugh. Open yourself and laugh out loud. No other therapy will heal you faster than the laughing remedy. As soon as you laugh, you release all negative energy outside your body and you feel extreme bliss. You actually feel lighter.
Another simple way is to communicate. Share your thinking with the one whom you trust most. Take the second opinion before reacting on anything. Listen to other people properly and respect their views as well. Do not pile up thoughts in your minds which are generated as per your own mindset. You need to understand the other person mindset also and take a mutual decision on any particular situation. This is because every person has its unique way of perceiving things and analyzing any situation. Your perception may differ from other person and here comes disagreement, distrust, and anger. To avoid such circumstances, you need to respect another person’s opinion too.
Also, engage your mind with some good activities and do not allow it to attract towards negativity. When you make yourself busy with things like reading, listening music, chit-chat with friends or colleague etc in this way you are giving room to healthy thoughts in your mind and the influence of positive thoughts will ultimately reduce or curtail negativity from your mind. Pull yourself towards social activities or gatherings because it is very important to change the environment around you when you are weak emotionally.
